Say what you will about @politico.com coverage of politics, it's had at least two recent articles that counter the current prevailing narrative of #EV gloom, esp. charging.

Yesterday, David Ferris—who's ALWAYS worth reading—described NEVI as "a political failure that morphed into a policy success."

People sneaking in Suzuki Jimnys in the United States. Pretty awesome. The new Toyota FJ is not small when you see it in person, and it's styling is too cartoonish. This Jimny is 25k cheaper, looks great. Also has a long production heritage, and is small, and off-road agile.

Welcome to Michigan, land of the drivable wreck. That dent was rusted, this is old damage. I wonder how long this guy's been driving this Patriot around like that. How many tires has he worn to the cords? Not even mad, impressed. He was keeping up with traffic no problem.

This is the dumbest trend in the auto industry right now, same with rear turn signals. As the majority of drivers now own tall crossovers and SUVs, let's put the brake lights down low and out of the line of sight. SMH
I’ll never understand this brake light location logic. Kia/Hyundai does it the same way. And dont tell me it’s because the hatch opens and lights must remain on the car.
