In the past 15 months, my wife and I:
- Had our second kid
- Moved from Baltimore to Nashville
- Bought/sold a house
- She started a new job
- Put down our old dog
- Got a new dog
Extremely thankful that we survived all of that + for this community keeping me (somewhat) sane throughout it all.

So, Joel Embiid was a full participant in practice Monday, participated in parts of shootaround yesterday, was "trending toward" playing yesterday before getting ruled out and is now being held out of practice today for a strength and conditioning session instead? 🤔
Sixers say an MRI confirmed Trendon Watford’s left adductor strain and he will be reevaluated in two weeks. VJ Edgecombe (calf) and Paul George (ankle) were participants in today’s practice. Joel Embiid (knee) did not participate, but did go through an individual strength and conditioning session.

Oof. Now Trendon Watford has collapsed to the floor with what looks like a groin/hip flexor area injury. Did not look like he got hit there, which honestly might be worse if it's pulled, etc.
