LOL, in the past few hours I've been accused of running a PR firm and a security firm. I do neither of these things.

I don't do "security" work of any type for schools and I'm not sure how I would be personally profiting from increased security measures at schools in Minnesota.

Quick reminder to the armchair analysists out there speculating over little #mnlege floor charts: Knock it off, you absolute goblins.

The legislative year just ended. A seat is the least important thing Minnesota lost to a bullet today.

it's a shame you don't care about all constitutional rights the way you care about the 1st.
Let’s never stop fighting for our 1st Amendment right to speak out against the wrongdoings of our government without fear of retribution.

Kudos to the leaders who are courageous enough to do what is right. #BolderBetterBrighter

Minnesota refuses to issue guidance on serializing pre-1968 guns, leaving tens of thousands of owners unknowingly committing a felony.

I think it's immoral to criminalize thousands of gun owners just to pretextually target those who build their own firearms.
The GVP Clinic successfully defended the law prohibiting guns without serial numbers in Washington County, for a hat trick of wins in a busy week. Student Directors Arielle Hugel ('25) and Will Roberts ('25) and Student Attorney Callan Showers ('25) handled the briefing and court appearances.

The University of Minnesota Law School should not be funding or hosting a “Law clinic” that is engaged in partisan litigation that furthers a gun control agenda that runs counter to the historical traditions and meaning of the Second Amendment.

The State of MN didn't get a single judge to agree with their point of view on 18-20 young adult carry - at the District Court or at the 8th.

We would have preferred SCOTUS take the case and set nationwide precedent, but we'll take the win here.

In 25 years of covering national security, I’ve never seen a story like this: Senior Trump officials discussed planning for the U.S. attack on Yemen in a Signal group--and inadvertently added the editor-in-chief of The Atlantic. www.theatlantic.com/politics/arc...
The Trump Administration Accidentally Texted Me Its War Plans
U.S. national-security leaders included me in a group chat about upcoming military strikes in Yemen. I didn’t think it could be real. Then the bombs started falling.

Good. This should have been an easy decision.
On January 30, a panel of the New Orleans-based 5th Circuit Court of Appeals struck down the federal ban on licensed gun dealers selling handguns to people between the ages of 18 and 20.
Appeals Court Says 18-Year-Olds Can Buy Handguns, Teeing Up SCOTUS Battle
The ruling is the latest in a series of divergent opinions on age restrictions for guns. Experts say the split means the justices are likely to intervene.
