the library cards provided an additional jolt of inspiration, as i would turn them over to the book entry side and often get ideas from the descriptions i found there... so often it felt uncanny, but is just how the imagination works
Cleaning up my office and found the pre-draft of my novel Absolution: Some scribbled-in notebooks and scene frags on the backs of hundreds of discontinued library catalogue cards, which I then sequenced in story order.
