BREAKING: Seattle Children's Hospital successfully fought this summer to get DOJ's invasive trans care subpoena quashed.

The Seattle court partially unsealed the case this week.

This was the fourth, previously sealed case mentioned in this recent Law Dork report: www.lawdork.com/p/judges-doj...

DOJ has sued Maine, Oregon, California, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Washington, Delaware, Maryland, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and Vermont for access to its most sensitive voter data.

My firm has moved to intervene in 10 of those cases. We are working on the last 4.

The Convicted FElon is now saying that he pardoned Tina Peters, even though he doesn't have any power over state convictions.
But he wants to control all levels of government, Federal, State & Local governments.

The White House continues to make our work harder. They’ve:

✂️ Cut funding for transportation and education
👎 Effectively told families in poverty “you’re on your own”
❌ Presided over the longest government shutdown in history
🚨 Failed to act after Western Maryland was hit by a devastating storm.

Remember: The recipe for economic growth isn’t tax cuts for the rich. It’s investment in our people — in health care, infrastructure and education — to build a strong middle class.

You don't grow the economy through trickle-down nonsense.

I hear and see "ICE can't legally-", since when do they care about doing anything legally? While someone is screaming "you can't do this!" they are then disappeared, never to be seen again. ICE does not have the law on their side, but they do have a corrupt and authoritarian regime onntheir side.

We can do away with it without a new Supreme Court. Nor do we need a constitutional amendment. There’s a far simpler way.
