I don't post enough on here about the rather interesting things i sometimes get involved in. I've been privileged to be in the touring line-up of BB and the CW for most of the last month. The final date of this stint is on Thursday in Herne Bay, with my more regular combo Swansea Sound.

Here is a list of reasons why some of my hearings and trials this year have been delayed and kicked off into the long grass, stuck in our record court backlog. Serious allegations which will now be tried *years* after the event. 🧵👇

Standing with Maccabi’s football hooligans against local police – is that what patriotism looks like now? | Jonathan Liew
Tommy Robinson is said to be going to Villa Park as a Maccabi Tel Aviv fan. Do the politicians jumping on this bandwagon care what they are doing, asks Guardian columnist Jonathan Liew

There is a difference between righteous anger, directed at injustice, and hateful anger, directed at those who are different. Authoritarian regimes deliberately conflate the two to silence criticism and create false equivalence. It's important we don't let those in power succeed in this endeavor.

One of my favourite "interviews". The great Dick Dale. I don't think I asked one question. Just pure unadulterated Dick.

This is a "conversation" that is about as relevant or as useful to Labour as a Liberace impersonator communing with Liberace's ghost on a Ouija Board might yield valuable insights on how Mozart ought to be conducted.

This is the thanks we get for lavishing him with a full state visit - more racist lies and smears about our capital city and its mayor.

I assume the condemnation from Starmer will be coming any moment now?

I'm surprised more attention isn't drawn to this. "Where are Israelis borders?" and "what country are the west bank and Gaza in?" should be elementary questions asked regularly of Israeli spokespeople.
I love how rightwingers keep saying you can’t recognize a Palestinian state because it doesn’t even have any agreed-upon borders.

Erm, are they aware that Israel is one of the only countries in the world that refuses to define its own borders?

Things that would make me become a royalist.

No, hang on. It's not things. It's one thing. It's this...
Wouldn’t it be amazing if Trump stayed overnight in Windsor Castle but tomorrow, the royals just come out and wave, and he doesn’t.

It’s never mentioned again.

But on Sunday, by the town hall, the whole of Windsor, rich and poor, gathers to tuck into this enormous fuck-off pie.

Seems the BBC significantly exaggerated the Home Office case here, both in their wording on Twitter and on the broadcast itself. Home Office lawyers did *not* say this, which would be politically toxic, and play right into the hands of you know who. >

Polling from @Moreincommon_ on Lucy Connolly

More than half think her sentence was too lenient or about right. Only a third that it was too harsh.

Only 18% think politicians should associate themselves her, while 51% think they should actively distance themselves from her.
