Here is what Project 2025 proposed for where components of the Department of Education should go. The Trump administration has followed this document pretty closely so far.

I just don’t see how we can pretend even for a moment that anything involving our federal government is remotely normal when the president is covering up his involvement in a child sex trafficking ring. Like, what are we doing here

Letter from Chicago broadcast veterans: Federal immigration agents have traumatized us and eroded our rights
The fact that some federal immigration forces may be leaving soon is cold comfort given the damage they’ve done.

Justice KBJ is a brilliant strategist. She is working the rules to compel timely review of the stay in the SNAP case by both the Circuit Court and by the Supreme Court. This is why knowing which SCOTUS justice has supervision of the Circuit you file in is essential.

Panera’s moderately caffeinated lemonade was loosely associated with 2 deaths before it was taken off market.

This article alone has 4 examples of ChatGPT encouraging young people to commit suicide, and OpenAI’s own public stats estimate over a million users discuss suicide with ChatGPT each week.

Just ate a rotisserie chicken sandwich for lunch and it left me with a strong desire for FRIED TURKEY. We don't really celebrate Thanksgiving, but a turkey will be fried, and several sandwiches will be eaten!

Our neighbors across the street used to let our kids pick tomatoes & at Halloween we would step inside for a min & they’d have special treats for them. Last year, these mugs had on Fox News when we were in there. Mind you, it was a couple of weeks before the election.

Noticed a Tr*mp flag at a house we had just gotten candy from. I took the candy right out of their buckets, turned around, gave them that trash back (they were in the garage), and emphatically said NO THANK YOU. I overheard them talking about “oh I guess they don’t like Tr*mpers.

Ya f*cking think!

feed your communities if you can. take care of each other. if you're feeling overwhelmed - here's an idea: we started a food pantry for students in an empty filing cabinet. it is entirely faculty and staff funded. this year I'm running a drive to get some fun meal kits for it! you can do that too!

As a pediatric/school psych engaged in socially just work I cannot let this go. We have to socialize these kids man. Forgoing important conversations with them bc they’re kids ain’t it. We have to engage them to think critically NOW!
Many of our school psych students are on SNAP so faculty pitched in & I made a Sam’s run. My 5- and 7-year-old asked about the food lined up on our dining room floor. I gave them a developmentally appropriate and honest answer. They weren’t confused and understood fully.
