I pick up my flute every day and at some point I know I’ll play this beautiful piece of music by Gluck. One day I’ll do it justice, but I’ll always listen to Jean Pierre Rampal, and to my friend who studied under Rampal in Paris. Music is how I keep sane in a mad world.

“Things happen.” Like chopping up journalists, for instance.
“You’re mentioning somebody that was extremely controversial. A lot of people didn’t like that gentleman that you’re talking about. Whether you liked him or didn’t like him, things happen,” Trump said in the Oval Office as he presided over a pageant-filled visit for the de facto Saudi leader.

Court found it was factual to call Trump’s Big Lie a “Big Lie.”
Eleventh Circuit throws out Trump's suit against CNN in a per curiam unpublished ruling. Meaning Trump's arguments were totally meritless, not even worthy of a published opinion. s3.documentcloud.org/documents/26...

😳 #BMA
Seriously?
Wes Streeting has received donations from at least one billionaire: hedge fund manager John Armitage, whose net worth Forbes estimates at around $1.5 billion. Armitage, founder of Egerton Capital, has donated over £95k to Streeting since 2022

He has called the BMA’s actions “morally reprehensible.”
