I am the bluest of plummers. Dem since the last millennium. I have the least organized garden on the east coast.
Translation: Democrats were right all along about this lying criminal and the NYT chose to look the other way.
President Trump returned to office promising to avoid foreign entanglements, make life more affordable and ensure that available jobs go to American citizens. His recent actions have been a significant departure from the expectations of his loyal base. nyti.ms/4p91FCj

The abnormal second part is a Congress full of corrupt and compromised mostly Republicans who refuse to do their jobs. And a curious Republican supreme Court who prefer a monarchy to democracy.
I just don’t see how we can pretend even for a moment that anything involving our federal government is remotely normal when the president is covering up his involvement in a child sex trafficking ring. Like, what are we doing here

It's not a negotiation. Dem house brought to the floor a standalone bill to help SNAP and WIC, nothing else, no strings. It was voted against by the same people who are keeping the government shut down.

The National Archives under the Trump administration released @mikiesherrill.bsky.social full, unredacted Navy personnel file to Jack Ciattarelli's campaign.

This is an unprecedented and illegal weaponization of the National Archives and private, personal records to attack a political opponent.

Is it possible that this whole mess is happening because Barron Rump is autistic and day can't accept it?
Linking Tylenol to autism is wrong and irresponsible. Sometimes it's just genetics.

Omg did not realize until watching @chrislhayes.bsky.social that ICE had a warrant for four Latino men when they came onsite to the GA plant. So basically they saw a lot of other nonwhite people and just decided to detain them all?? What’s the reasonable suspicion

Washington Post fires their last remaining Black opinion writer @karenattiah.bsky.social over the most benign comments in the aftermath of Charlie Kirk's murder...

Meanwhile Fox still has Brian Kilmeade who casually said all homeless people should be killed.

Its all unfair & unbalanced. Wake up.

He makes the shot.

Jumps off the roof. Heads into the neighborhood. Drops off the rifle and leaves the 5 rounds in it. Conveniently, the casings are engraved with pro trans and anti fascist messages.

Then disappears.

No pro leaves equipment or rounds behind unless it is there to frame someone.

Being assassinated is an outrage but it does not make you a saint or honorable. Charlie Kirk was an evil man and a flaming white supremacist.

...and of course he was Trump's friend
Charlie Kirk in his own words: ‘prowling Blacks’ and ‘the great replacement strategy’

We have a president who abuses women, both inside and away from their homes.
We have a President who thinks domestic violence shouldn't be a crime. And we wonder why women hesitate to report their abusers.

Success‼️ This is the 3rd of my 37 clients, all kidnapped by I.C.E., wks ago in LA.

All 3 of these reunions were made possible b/c of my personal relationships with people in law enforcement and the courts.

These victories have been hard fought but also highly finagled.

It shouldn’t be like this.🇺🇸

People need to watch these cabinet meetings. It's like watching a bunch of babysitters praising a petulant toddler and telling him over and over that he's the most specialest, most goodest, most smartest boy of all time.

I can't even stomach the cringe. It's worse than The Office.

They don't want them to succeed.
{𝗮𝙅𝙎𝘿}: Trump declares English the official U.S. language, then guts funding and oversight for kids learning it. Five million students risk being left behind — assimilation by decree, but without the tools to succeed.

It really is true. Not only are the maps themselves fundamentally antidemocratic, but so was the mockery of a process that led to their passage.
TX Republicans have deemed democracy irrelevant. Hearings, debate, and democratic discourse are window dressing to them. It’s all a sham.

To pass Trump’s maps, not only did they sideline flood victims, but they bulldozed every opposing voice.

Stop voting for Republicans. #txlege

There should be no for-profit prisons even if they call them immigrant detention centers.
Private prison and surveillance companies like Geo Group, CoreCivic, and Palantir just reported massive profits last quarter thanks to lucrative government contracts for Trump's mass deportation machine.

All of course donated to Trump's inauguration.

They're getting rich off cruelty.

We mobilized the Army for vagrants? I lived in DC for 10 years and have worked in DC for 25 years, never have I needed the Army to protect me from vagrants around Union Station.
REPORTER: Why are troops stationed here at Union Station and at the National Mall instead of areas where crime is higher?

JD VANCE: Crime is actually extremely high here at Union Station. You have vagrants.
