Remusatia vivipara is an epiphytic/lithophytic aroid that produces bulbils on these long, semi-erect stolons. The bulbils have recurved scales that hook onto passing animals (epizoochory). This mode of dispersal is very rare among epiphytes. #Araceae #clone #aroid #dispersal #botany 🌾🧪🌱

Northward heat transport through the tropical Atlantic Ocean has decreased significantly.
