This sums up Trump’s presidency. And he’s not joking.
Trump on President Xi: "During the meeting, he's here, and he's got about 6 people on each side. And every one of those people were at attention. And I made a comment to one of them and it got no response. And President Xi didn't let him. I said, I want my cabinet to behave like that."

The county I live in recently banned plastic bags. Everyone switched to paper and no one seems miffed. But swing voters all over the Midwest, upstate New York, Virginia, and other places where there are competitive House races have heard about this and have decided it's driving them to vote GOP.

"Oh, the humanity!"
Border Patrol agent Lairmore testifies that he was not injured by the sandwich, but he felt the impact through his ballistic vest.

The sandwich came apart and "kind of exploded" on his chest upon impact, he says.

"I could smell the onions and mustard."

Bari Weiss, and her GOP supporters, have gone after DEI for years. But isn't Weiss a DEI hire herself? She wasn't hired at CBS because of her experience/competency in broadcasting, she wasn't hired for her strategic tv ability, and she wasn't hired for her years of working in news media.

They aren’t hiding the totalitarianism, folks.
Stephen Miller on Fox threatens to arrest JB Pritzker for "seditious conspiracy" and says, "to all ICE officers: you have federal immunity in the conduct of your duties. And anybody who lays a hand on you or tries to stop or obstruct you is committing a felony."

For an administration that came out of the box threatening Canadian independence, Greenland’s sovereignty, the Panama Canal, etc., it sure has a glass jaw. 🤡
WELKER: Why is the president setting trade policy based on a TV ad he doesn't like?

BESSENT: This is a kind of propaganda against US citizens. It's psyops

NBC's parent, Comcast, funding the destruction and desecration of the White House. Always remember that business leaders don't care about preserving the democratic values of this country. They care about money! Period!
well, that's awkward

It's not Trump's fucking house!!!
WELKER: Why didn't the president tell the public he was going to tear down the entire East Wing, which as you know is part of the people's house?

BESSENT: Well, I think this was a judgment call on the president. The president is a master builder. It could've been asbestos. It could've been mold.

Russia was caught, red handed, interfering in the 2020 election. Trump never did anything to punish them.
The president got his feelings hurt, so we're doing 10% more tariffs on Canada. Joke of an administration.

One thing that we learned from the Trump regimes is that we shouldn't expect business leaders to give a shit about our democratic values or the needs of the poorest among us. They very clearly don't care about freedom of speech or free and fair elections. What they care about is money - their money.
