The man in question has a son, age five, who’s autistic. He was caring for his son when he was arrested. The admin is claiming in court that there’s nothing they can do to free him, because they don’t have jurisdiction over the private prison they sent him to. The admin are the bad guys.
Oh my god. They deported a man who an immigration judge had declared was "more likely than not" to face persecution in El Salvador ... to El Salvador, during the big March 15 AEA flights!
They outright admit it! Yet the Trump admin's response to a court is basically "oops, well, no take backsies."

Indiana is one of these states. Section 504 says you can’t discriminate against disabled people if you get money from the United States government. So schools, hospitals, etc.
