🚨PSA: Patients who recover their EF on GDMT don’t transform into HFpEF. They remain cardiomyopathy patients who are at risk of recrudescence. Keep them on GDMT and keep nonsense out of the chart.

Heart transplant in adults > 70 can be very successful in well selected candidates. Actuarial survival > 1 year is equivalent to younger recipients
