ICE arrested a Chicago father whose 16-year-old daughter has Stage 4 cancer. It’s spread to her bones, and she’s undergoing aggressive treatment to try to save her life. They don’t know if she’s going to make it—and all she wants is her dad back. This is cruel, and it’s not making anyone safer.

Bathroom bans deserve all the pushback and fight we can gather. They’re steps toward forced detransition, intimidation that puts trans people in danger - whether we comply or not - and are meant to isolate us by driving us from public life.
