There is absolutely no reason why care necessarily will be cheaper this way.
In fact, my guess is these "feel-like-entrepeneurs" are going to be scammed to hell the same way crypto daytraders have been for years now.

The key to understanding a lot of US politics is that the unspoken premise on which it all rests is that personhood begins at a certain tax bracket.
Lots going on but from outside it seems that at least part of the calculus was that flight disruption for middle class and up travelers matters more than life disruption for untold numbers who’ll be deprived of health care.
