Pos resulta que han hecho investigaciones y han sacado un paper (osf.io/preprints/ps...) confirmando que si dejas de seguir basura mediática, dejas de vivir enfadado y con miedo hacia los demás, y que si además empiezas a seguir cuentas basadas en ciencia y datos reales, mejora tu bienestar.
