You and I don't matter in the grand scheme of things. In 150 years, nobody alive will think about us in their daily lives. Some will see our names on tombstones as they walk by and that will be the end of it.

Trump wants to be remembered. He doesn't care how, as long as they spell his name right.

This is a draft of a travel ban/restriction list that the administration is considering. It will probably change before the final list is out, but…

How much effort is it to recall a sitting senator? Just in case @elissaslotkin.bsky.social does something stupid tomorrow and votes in favor of the funding bill, I'd love to know my options.

When I said I fear I'll be dead thanks to this administration, this is what I meant.
Trump’s latest executive order (that was no doubt written by psychopath RFK Jr.) goes after antidepressants.

As someone whose life was saved by them, you will pry my prozac from my cold dead hands.

Imagine being so lost in the woods that you're actually okay with Donald Trump illegally sending the world's richest man into the US Treasury to interfere with YOUR information.

I can't imagine how anyone becomes that stupid.

🚨RED ALERT for 🧪:

The Trump NIH just gashed indirect costs. This is a direct attack on universities.

“Pursuant to this Supplemental Guidance, there will be a standard rate of 15% across all NIH grants for indirect costs.” 😮

@repdingell.bsky.social I emailed you earlier to ask what you're doing, here's a step I expect and demand you take.
SHUTDOWN CONGRESS!! Democrats in the House and Senate should boycott Congress and force Republicans to have 50% of each chamber present to conduct business under the quorum rules. In the House this will almost be impossible because a few House Republican seats are open and some members are sick.
