Obesity is a hugely complex issue.

An excellent editorial this month in the @bmj.com from @drjuanfranco.bsky.social and @iddocjen.bsky.social on how the new drugs now available aren’t necessarily a magic bullet.

Even if they are, lifelong support is needed for those affected.

Simp failure to mention climate change in mainstream coverage about the #LAfires here is a piece that specifically discusses how climate change has exacerbated wildfires in California in the last decade. The current fires will likely go down as among the most destructive.
LA is on fire. There are people dead, homes and businesses destroyed, meanwhile the convicted felon runs his mouth about Governor Newsome. He is truly the most disgusting individual on this planet.
