This years running goal was the same as last year's goal, 730 miles, or an average of 2 miles/day. My stretch goal was 754 miles, or 100 miles more than last year.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has stated that the 1918 flu pandemic was caused by a lab virus from vaccine research, a defective influenza vaccine. Let’s analyze what a lie this is. First, in 1918, 107 years ago, virology was in its infancy

An Astonishing Graph. For most of human history, around 50% of children used to die before they reached the end of puberty. In 2020, that number is 4.3%. (It’s 0.3% in countries like Japan & Norway.) [kottke.org]

Got Milk? It’s a Tricky Question for Renal Patients
Renal diets with limits on protein, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, and sodium make milk choices baffling. Knowing the pros and cons of a variety of milks can help take the guesswork out of breakfast.

Any Renal dietitianss want to take a crack at this and defend your honor?
Great episode! One question I had listening – how much are we contributing to the EPA/DHA deficiency in dialysis patients with our nutritional recommendations?
(My impression is that the evidence for these is not great and that we might do some harm here, but I don't know the literature too well)

Stop complaining about pill burden in ESRD!

There is no pill you are giving your dialysis patient that has data half as impressive as this study. If they are taking too many pills have them stop any of the dozen pills they are taking with ZEERO data in ESRD. #NephJC

I am sure there will be a replication study but I hope they don't use a HR of 0.55 for their power analysis. I believe these results but the effect size...🧐
