The clip drum that day where one of the siblings (I think Simeon) is being carried by all four limbs like he's flying and yells "transgenderism!" as he 'takes off' is one of my all time favourites.

There has literally never been a universal basic income trial program that didn't deliver real and measurable results above and beyond any other form of social welfare, and every time another concludes with the same findings the powers that be go "interesting! Anyway," and pretend it wouldn't work.

In the last few days they've blamed the housing crisis on immigrants, the EU, and on building standards not being low enough, which will come as news to people in Donegal. Do they really think people are stupid enough to be fooled by this stuff?
‘Gold-plated‘ my hole. The way we build houses has barely changed in my lifetime. The idea that houses in Ireland are constructed to lofty environmental standards, or that developers are held back by them, is a joke.

Every far-right riot and protest that was tolerated, every racist dog whistle from public reps, every bit of hate and misinformation allowed to spread by social media companies, all led to this moment in Drogheda last night where someone felt emboldened enough to try to burn children alive.

"The deadliest day since the ceasefire began" is a hell of a concept tbh. 🤔
Israeli strikes in Gaza last night killed at least 91 people, including dozens of children, according to hospital reports. It was the deadliest day since the ceasefire began, though Donald Trump insists the deal will survive.
