The only single magic bullet to fix all of this is the political will to do it. Without the political will to make UHC a thing here, you can make all of the what-ifs and excuses you want about how it’s impossible to implement. Our billionaires, who buy the politicians, certainly dont either.
I would love to see a version of UHC here.

So you're proposing keeping an existing broken system (healthcare) because we hsve doctors and nurses in debt from another broken system (education loans). When do we tackle the broken systems that are bankrupting people?
