The Iowa legislature just became the first in modern history to repeal a statutory civil rights law by removing protections for gender identity first passed in 2007. They have legalized discrimination against trans people in housing, healthcare, and employment.

yep, we lost on numbers. but the good news is only 2ish dem assholes threw trans people under the bus. if democrats show this kind of solidarity, the senate can't pass this law.
