I posted about this a while back, but I've been tinkering with a Windows utility that ensures that, on reboot or start up, your apps appear on your preferred Virtual Desktops. I'm still working on improvements and some bug fixes, but it's currently at v 0.1.1. Please check it out. #softwardev
