I don’t need to explain why it’s wildly unacceptable for the military to be illegally privately financed by the president’s wealthy allies, right?
New: The Pentagon confirms to CNN it will funnel $130M from an anonymous Trump “friend” toward military pay.

Asked about the donor’s identity and any foreign or domestic entanglements, the WH referred questions to DoD. DoD then referred questions back to the WH

Donald Trump lost New York by 12% -- 1.1 million votes.

Everyone needs to understand that Trump will insist there were irregularities and fraud anytime he or a Republican loses any election. Now is the time to start preparing for this in 2026.

Nancy Mace plays the victim card on CNN: "It's very one-sided right now. I have never called one of my colleagues the kind of names that we've been called. I've never dehumanized my colleagues."

(Would've been nice for Kate Bolduan to push back on Mace's blatant lies.)

In any other administration (including Trump's first one), someone in the Pentagon would have said: "Mr. President, you cannot order the military to murder a bunch of people on a boat on the high seas."
Designating them "narco-terrorists" isn't a thing that lets you do that.

Whatever you think about John Bolton, he has rights, and these govt abuses hurt the whole country, not just their immediate targets.

“Law enforcement, following the law and proper procedure, prosecuted a criminal we like, so we can make up charges and harass people we hate“ is wildly illegitimate.

Continues to amaze me how much, even among many DOGE critics, the idea that these guys are all really impressive geniuses has persisted.

We have to blow up that mythology. In this side-by-side comparison, there’s no other way to describe Nate than as a loser and a chud.

FBI agents "busted" into John Bolton's house. I am sure in full raid gear.

Contrast with FBI agents showing up in plainclothes at Mar-a-Lago and asking nicely to search the premises...treating Trump differently in an attempt to avoid it looking political. (That was Merrick Garland's DOJ 🙄)
