We’ll be forced to drop ours. I’m self-employed in a small biz getting nailed by tariffs, too. I hate trump. He’s ruined everything in my life. I even used to have rights to my own body. Guess I just gotta get used to being grabbed by the pussy. Oh well.

That’s where I’m at. Me and child are $560/month up from $500/month, but the deductible and out of pocket are insane, and my ST and LT disability if I’m injured lower. I work around chemicals and pressure equipment. But yeah, what I’m getting is dogshit. We also went Cigna from United unfortunately.

Mines going from $434/mo to $582/mo. Doesn't seem so drastic, until the max out of pocket is now $10,000 when it was previously $5,000.
With my health conditions, I hit the max out of pocket within a few months.
Oh, and now I have fewer options for insurance companies because they've left

We currently pay $1500 for two of us. This will go up to at least $2400 a month and possibly more.

$196/mo -> $427/mo for me, but the plan I had before was silver and this new one will be bronze high deductable, otherwise it would've been about $150/mo more.

Mine is slightly more than tripling, with my deductible increasing by $1000 and maximum out-of-pocket maximum raised by $1500 (to almost $10k).
I really have to weigh my options going forward. Won't be eligible for Medicare for 2 more years - if it's still solvent by then.

We're going from about $150/mo to $1000/mo. To be fair, we're expecting more income this year than last, so I was prepared to see the premiums to go up, but yeah... Also, our current insurer exited the marketplace entirely.
And I still honestly expected it to be worse.
