I think part of the pain of what’s happening, aside from all the obvious terror, is that I always took the progress we’d already made as a society for granted, thinking we were moving on to new fights & that aim would be toward something positive. I didn’t count on us being dragged backwards.

This is an absolute disgrace. Sick of seeing people like Emily being treated as though they're not people at all. Absolutely fed up with it all.
This is our Emily who has played for us for the past 3 years.
She is super talented and we are super proud of her.
It is criminal that as well as being barred by the FA from playing FA regulated football she didn't even get a notification.

Judging by the replies to this, I have found my people.
I'm at a wedding where phones are banned (have gone for fresh air so phone is out). Older people are fine. Younger people are fine. All the millennials are sat around awkwardly in silence twiddling their thumbs or jiggling their knees up and down. We don't know how to socialise without phones
