I 100% would have used ChatGPT for homework when I was in school, because homework sucked ass. However, if I hadn't been forced to bullshit a lot of essays 15 minutes before class I wouldn't have learned that I enjoy writing. The moral is to destroy both ChatGPT and homework.

“Don’t let this become normal” assumes normalization is an individual choice, not the degree to which something actually happens & people get used to it. The genocide in Gaza HAS normalized, e.g. the bombing of hospitals, etc. If it’s not swiftly punished, it will remain so.

Learning her name’s translation broke my heart. It reminds me of the idea in the Torah and Quran: “Whoever destroys one life is as if he destroys the whole world, and whoever preserves a life is as if he preserved the whole world.” The older I get the more I believe this is true.
