I know quite a few comrades on the ACA exchange. I used to be on the exchange for years. A doubling or tripling of premium costs will be a death sentence for people who NEED HEALTH INSURANCE to survive. PERIOD.

I’m currently studying Child Life and a lot of child life specialists have switched to ABA in the past few years because it pays a lot more. 🙃
ABA proponents often claim play-based methods are “evidence-based” bc they produce measurable outcomes. The problem is what they measure. Most studies in ABA research focus on short-term behavior change—not long-term psychological health, identity or self-regulation.
