So will Tyler Robinson hang himself in his cell, be shot on the way to trial, or be allowed to tell a court why he did what he did?

Meet the NEVLAs – (Never Voting Labour Again)
It’s not Reform voters Starmer needs to entice back to the Labour fold, they were never in it. There’s another group he should be worrying about

Starmer's speech today means I will never vote labour again. It's not just the echoes of Powell and bowing to the reform agenda. It's the failure to understand where the problem lies. Capitalism is in its death throes and we need a revolution in politics and economics or democracy dies with it.

I have a feeling that just as a large but ill informed section of the UK population discovered after Brexit that Britain wasn't as important as they thought, some Americans are about to suffer a similar shock.

A big critic of Putin and the war in Ukraine, she may now be deported to Russia.

Hold on, so Steve Witkoff was participating in the Signal group discussing war plans against Houthis while being physically in Moscow, perhaps even in the Kremlin? He met Putin late on March 13. Obviously the odds of Russia not compromising any device he would bring there are pretty slim.

Such a fuss made about Starmer accepting use of Lord Alli’s flat & yet when Badenoch is funded by anti-net zero lobbyists - many of whom earn their enormous wealth through fossil fuels - hardly anything about it in MSM.
Corruption & dishonesty are accepted as baked in to the Tories.

www.theguardian.com/sport/2025/m... I know this is probably the least important bit of news today, but do we need more othering in a world that is already more divided than ever? Oh, money says yes 😡. I'll miss the banter.

This country is awash with money. The very rich are rich beyond imagination. So when Starmer wants to stay within his arbitrary fiscal rules, who does he decide to take money from? The very rich? No, from people with disabilities who depend on benefits for the bare minimum of a decent life.

The value of the 1700+ nuclear weapons Ukraine gave away in 1994 was $2 trillion. Under the USSR, these weapons were aimed at the US. During negotiations, Ukraine offered to give them to America. Instead the US insisted they go to russia. We agreed because we trusted their promise to protect us.

The Danes and Greenlanders are quite clear it's not for sale and Trump is quite clear "he's going to get it". Greenland is in NATO. So what's the plan when he invades?

PM keeps saying cutting aid budget was a “hard decision”. Rubbish, it was an easy cowardly decision - those feeling impacts are 1000s of miles away & won’t trouble him. A harder decision might have been to stand up to vested interests who oppose a wealth tax - but it would’ve been right thing to do

The EU might well do that.
But in the UK we've backed ourselves into a corner with Brexit.
Taking on the U.S. now would leave us even more isolated and feeble.
Trouble is, the answer's staring Starmer in the face but he refuses to see it.
