I cried about it in therapy for weeks. (It felt especially unfair coming two weeks after Nimoy dying.) Then I cried when the lilacs bloomed.
I still haven't finished the final book. It feels like then it really will be over.

Our neighbor, who I've lived next to for 27 years, passed suddenly this week.
I will miss being urged to go outside and get some damn sun.
