“Inventing the Renaissance” is a history of histories of this (not so) golden age. Much of making history is simply adding new POVs to the braid as historians ask new & more diverse questions w/ each generation. I hope you’ll enjoy my effort to show the process at work! 25/25 https://buff.ly/4j6qkoS

I saw this circulatory system bookmark on Daniel Martin Diaz’s IG page and HAD to get one. I also got myself one of his bandannas to either wear or else use as a decorative cloth in my studio. 🐡

Authors, Beware! There's a firm called "ClaimsHero" doing aggressive social media outreach claiming to
"help" you file to get $ in the Anthropic class action. In fact, it's a bait-and-switch, they are luring authors to sign up with them, then OPTING THEM OUT of the class action so they'll get zilch.

Could someone explain to me what is meant when a British person refers to "the middle class" ? Like, in the US, as I hear it, it basically just means a person who makes a certain amount of money, not too far below and not wildly above the median. Seems like a complex concept when UK writers use it?

For whatever reason, "Konda, Lord of Eiganjo" seemed right for "Inventing the Renaissance" by @adapalmer.bsky.social, even though Konda is from a Japanese-inspired fantasy world.
