Rep. Clay Higgins of Louisiana blames SNAP recipients for not stockpiling a month's worth of food.

He ends his tweet with "stop smoking crack."

Lost opportunity yesterday for Rufus Wainwright to replace the World Series anthem with another Leonard Cohen cover. The Partisan? The Traitor? Joan of Arc?

If we were all dying of thirst in a desert, and three assholes were hoarding more freshwater than they could drink in 15 million lifetimes, we wouldn’t applaud their work ethic or ingenious gaming of the system. We’d take back our fucking water.

No more billionaires.

Behold... the 2025 face pumpkin! Inspired by many things, but first and foremost I went back to my jack o' lantern roots with an archaeology reference. The Undine / Vodena Vila sculpture from Lepensk Vir, from 6300 - 5900 BCE.
