Sorry to my hockey fan friends because I get the feeling you're gonna be disappointed with the team I ended up liking the most. 💀

I admire your restraint because I dragged mine out on December 1st.
I’ve only got 5 days in the office before Christmas so I should probably drag out my Christmas jumpers.

I wore my sleigh the patriarchy one to work once last year and was worried I was going to get fired but my boss has already asked me when I’m going to wear it this year so I guess not 😂

Taking a break from Heated Rivalry and the Game Changers books to watch more Christmas movies.

Christmas on Duty has no right to be so cute.

Tell that to the heartbroken daughter of a friend who’s quit guides because of this shameful move, Joanne. She can’t bear to see trans girls excluded.

Your Harry Potter money funds this shit. Don’t buy in.
But what if the "thing of their own" is a friendship with a girl in Guides who happens to be trans?

I honestly think Rowling has lost touch with how real people's lives actually work.

And, also, Rowling's movement is gearing up to get girls kicked out of Scouts, so this "answer" is horseshit.

Either you understand that there is an organized campaign to push trans people out of public life with the explicit end goal of "morally mandating us out of existence" that is backed by some of the wealthiest individuals to have ever lived, or you're simply not equipped to grasp what's happening.

So it turns out that major life event in the family + the anniversary of my gran's death being a couple of weeks away/the ongoing anniversary of her slow death = terrible mental health.

Who could have expected that?

I think The Staircase in the Woods by Chuck Wendig may be a contender for my favourite book that I've read this year.

Genuinely creeped me out and I loved the characters.

And that ending!

Waterstones shipping a book now that isn't supposed to release to October 21st, when I have at least two books to read before I can touch it.

(Nothing is skipping over A Cinnamon Falls Mystery or A Steeping of Blood. Not even one of my most anticipated sequels of the year.)
