I was just going to happily get on with the new Olivia Dade but then a friend reminded me how perfect the first one in this series is so I’m going to reread At First Spite instead, because it’s one of my favourite romance novels ever.

Today is the release of a popular romantasy sequel and owing to the worldwide embargo we couldn't ship it prior to yesterday, so basically all of the fans hate us and it's going to be a very long day of abusive messages on every front.

If you like mince pies this is unfortunately delicious, I assumed it was going to be really cloying and sickly but they’ve balanced it really nicely and I like it a lot ☹️
