Someone has sure already made this observation but the fact they can convert all those empty warehouses into prison camps means they could have converted them into housing, community centers, job training centers or, hell, libraries or schools all along. It’s always a matter of will not resources.

All of these folks quietly under our boot enjoy it!

The ones who complain are making things harder for the quiet trannies. How? They're making us step on their throats harder!
On one side, you have trans people asking to be left alone and maintain our access to health care. On the other, a bunch of people who believe we shouldn't exist. But Cass believes both sides are the same.

This whole interview is atrocious.

When we say we won't vote for Newsom, we're not saying we'll vote for Vance.

We're saying pick a better candidate, ya dummies.
There seems to be a lot of discussion about Gavin Newsom today.

I wanted to re-share this piece that I wrote, because I have a lot of center-to-left Dems that follow me that want to understand.

There are very good reasons transgender people do not like Gavin Newsom.
Why Transgender People Are Not Feeling Gavin Newsom

We’re proud to announce NYPAN’s endorsement of Lindsey Boylan for NYC Council District 3!

@lindseyboylan.bsky.social is a mom, urban planner, and activist who helped take down Andrew Cuomo. She’s fighting for real affordable housing, community care, and a city that puts people before profit.

Incredibly powerful opinion chronicling the awfulness in Whipple and the ways it interfered with the right to counsel.

One key part of the ruling (that ICE will likely appeal ASAP); Judge Brasel bars ICE from transferring anyone out of Minnesota within 72 hours of arrest.

So, this is the botch job that Brad Lander's opponent in the NY-10 primary, Dan Goldman, participated in.

They zip tied a whimpy pole to the main pole. After the politicians left, activists went in there to do the job properly.

Folks, don't be Dan.
The Pride flag at the Stonewall Monument is re-raised!

New Yorkers won’t let Donald Trump erase LGBTQ+ history, or trample the rights of our LGBTQ+ neighbors.

Our weak ass politicians failed us at Stonewall. It was not them who returned the flag to its place. It was us.

And no, I'm using populist language to be hyperbolic.

The Trump administration has been open about bigotry for some time - including the erasure of our trans community from governmental sites and programs.

We will not let this stand. Our LGBTQIA+ community is the best of us and we will all fight back every day and every way.

It's almost like there's empirical evidence establishing a causal link between anti-trans policy and teen suicidality that could have predicted this outcome:

Hundreds of kids are still detained.

We’ll let the children’s words speak for themselves. 🧵

Over the past three days, I have spent 12 hours collecting signatures for @lindseyboylan.bsky.social. Now, I am on my way to spend another 6 hours to add to a work greater than any one person.

For any great work, there is no contribution too small to matter; join us for a more affordable city. ♥️
