New display name would probably be more grammatically correct as “Calmness Urger” but i would ask you to take a deep breath and afford me some measure of artistic license

Wait I feel like I accidentally stole this bit from @postoctobrist.bsky.social but i can’t remember
If you read between the lines, they’re actually quite scathing in their critique of his cabin’s decor, and the bit about being “at home in the clouds” is clearly implying he’s a bit of a space cadet. But these sorts of subtleties are lost on those who get their news from the radio.

it's great... you're drifting off while they talk about the 14th century architecture the peloton is riding past as the camera pans to rows of grapevines. a hundred and thirty seven kilometers to the finish. just enough time to get a nap in
Since only one member of a couple is allowed to be terminally online and I drew the short straw, let me share with you my spouse's answer to this which doubles as a demonstration of why we are married

The reactionary centrist logic is simple: if the left does something bad it’s the left’s fault, and if the right does something bad, it’s also the left’s fault for making them do it. It’s a simple formula and once you see it every one of their arguments is the same

butter doesn't mind some experimentation. if you need a little adventure in your life with tallow, schmaltz or lard it won't stop or discourage you - get out there, have a little fling! butter knows you'll come crawling back in the end
beef tallow is a sad substitute for duck fat, and yeah, all the bacon people are to blame for this
i'm not saying this as anyone who knows anything about health; i'm saying it as someone who is an alleged expert in interest group politics: the American beef industry is all over MAHA, wellness, and podcast spaces.

remember "bacon mania?" totally a marketing strategy by the pork industry.

Not only have @doronclark.bsky.social & @elliottpayne.org been providing great regular updates to constituents, but today I also witnessed them both confront ICE agents in our community and then those ICE left without kidnapping neighbors.
