this dude bragged to the class about front-running his work on halibut fishing limits by buying up fishing operations with his buddies while consulting on a policy that would use historical catches to distribute future rights. it was probably bullshit but I don't really care it was so out of line.

yes exactly ha. I probably biked past Harrell's SUV a few times over his tenure as well, but there's no way of knowing it was him! I saw Katie crossing broadway a block away from the farmers market and thought "oh that's smart, I think she's with her campaign manager"
