ICE at the polls! Bannon is basically yelling “fire” in a crowded theater here. His objective is to cause chaos (and suppress votes on the left). And it’s already working.
This threat works on multiple levels and doesn’t have to be “real” to serve its purpose.

The demands other than masks and body cameras are potentially good but the restrictions should be the most important thing
I also get not wanting to hurt the coastguard but you can dismantle the dhs rather than do away with it altogether too

I have a coworker that experiences deadline pressure differently than anyone I've known and he's annoyingly making it my problem.
Changing stuff at 5:30 on a Tuesday evening that will be a pain in the ass to change back instead of waiting to discuss tomorrow because "it's due this week."
