it's actually kinda funny in a way to get to the finish line of curing cancer and having the government go eh you know what. never mind
A tiny trial in New York has shown that personalized mRNA vaccines can provoke massive, lasting immune responses against pancreatic cancer, even as sweeping federal cuts now threaten the fragile labs required to produce them.

We who grew up in the postwar era in the 20th century came to believe that democracy and freedom were inevitable.

We were wrong.

If we are to preserve our experiment in self-governance, we have to bend that arc of justice ourselves.

Remember: The recipe for economic growth isn’t tax cuts for the rich. It’s investment in our people — in health care, infrastructure and education — to build a strong middle class.

You don't grow the economy through trickle-down nonsense.

Update: DOJ haw now sued 18 states.

My law firm has already filed to intervene to defend voters in 13 of the first 14 cases. We are working on the remains 5.

This is an insane effort by DOJ and we are a small firm. But we are committed to protecting free and fair elections in 2026.

More soon.
DOJ has sued Maine, Oregon, California, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Washington, Delaware, Maryland, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and Vermont for access to its most sensitive voter data.

My firm has moved to intervene in 10 of those cases. We are working on the last 4.

For no reason at all…

Nixon didn’t go to prison over Watergate, but 48 others were convicted and served time for the scandal - notably, his Attorney General. Attention: Pam Bondi meet John Mitchell.

So the GOP unveiled a healthcare plan with no ACA extensions.

Then GOP moderates rebelled, calling getting rid of the extensions “political shocked” and now they’re apparently going to vote on the new health plan *and* ACA extensions next week.

We’ll see.

We had to say goodbye to Mr. Tux yesterday. 😔 The vet came to the house and he passed peacefully at home in front of the fireplace. He was 19 and had an amazing life. He shared the last 13 years with us. I miss him so much. 💔💔💔

If the photos are too gross to release, they need to be described.
Garcia: "Just last night we received about 95,000 photographs from the Epstein estate. We've gone through maybe about 25,000 of them so far ... we will continue to put out more photos in the days and weeks ahead."

Since it's the 25th anniversary of the corrupt SCOTUS decision that guaranteed we'd never know who really won the 2000 election, I thought I'd mention for those of you who may have been too young or just not paying attention to politics then that HBO has an excellent movie called "Recount" about it.

Trump's approval ratings are tanking. He's flailing on the economy. Epstein haunts him. Republicans are beginning to revolt against him.

He's not all powerful.

A tyrant can exercise tyranny only insofar as the objects of his tyranny continue to allow it.

Remember this.

I know a MAGA who played the 'Bill Clinton card' at me.
ME: Get him, too.
Then she played the 'Can't release card..'- "What if they're innocent and this ruins their lives?"
ME: It's literally why we have investigations, if they're innocent, an investigation would likely clear them.
