Many of us thought Indivisible was a pro-democracy group, or an anti-Republican group. It is, in fact, an anti-Democratic Party group.
The group behind “No Kings,” @indivisible.org warns primary challengers for some Senate Dems are coming after the big cave in shutdown battle. youtu.be/rGU51i00ed8?...

It's so frustrating. Our party is caught between a rock and a hard place all due to entitled ass people who don't vote in the first place, and or vote Republican anyway. They love to scream fix this at Dems without any self reflection.

I think it's because some of the people who are mad at the cavers are saying "primary all Dems" and constructing elaborate antisemitic conspiracy theories.

And pushback against that is pretty minimal for some reason.
Why is the "we must be united!" hectoring directed at people who are mad at the Cavers and not to the Cavers? Everyone who's mad was united, then the Cave Caucus walked across the aisle and betrayed what the public had been told was the Dem position.
The sooner we get past internal recriminations and back to fighting united, the better off we all are — the likelier our victory next November.

Nobody takes raving loonies on the internet seriously either, especially when they don't vote to give Dems power and expect miracles, and fail to comprehend how 8 < 45 < 53.
Nobody in this country takes Democrats in Congress seriously, after Senate caving today.

BlueSky mob in a nutshell.

So online and vocal with Dem hatred but completely ignorant of how anything works.

Geezus. Jeffries is in the House, dummy.

Obnoxious ignorance is why we’re here. 🤦‍♀️

Jeffries: Who? Nobody who is serious in this country takes Dr. Oz seriously… I’m not going to respond to any comments from randos like Dr. Oz who is woefully unqualified.

AIPAC has become the "woke" for the terminally online.
You dont like something...AIPAC must have done it...
It follows the endless "rigged" mindset started on the Left and perfected on the Right.
Find someone to blame instead of looking in the mirror.

Regardless of what the backroom specifics are that you’re bluntly not privy to, the blame for the suffering & the lose-lose situation is on Republicans who control a trifecta & everyone who keeps voting for or otherwise enabling them like conspiratorial trash such as the OP does.

Sooo.

AIPAC wanted the government shutdown to end, so SNAP benefits and enhanced PTC could expire anyway?

I swear, y'all will blame the Jews for everything.

Good thing Fetterman gets a pass.

So many opinionated “experts” on the Senate all of a sudden. Too bad they weren’t as vocal about voting for a Democrat in November 2024.

Do not let the bros and leftists distance themselves from Fetterman. This is who they pushed for and got elected with the backing and full throated support of Bernie Sanders.
Im also here to remind yall that JOHN FETTERMAN was hand selected by Bernie Sanders and won his primary over a Black millennial gay man who was already working in congress because leftists couldnt vote for a Black gay Millennial man born in 1990——

How many people screeching about Schumer right now, gave us Fetterman? And gave the GOP the majority.

Or it means those facing voters are getting hammered from both sides. Those who are going unpaid want their paychecks to resume, & those who aren't personally affected want them to fight, so the ones who can't be punished are voting to end the shutdown so the ones who can be punished can vote "no."

Take you own advice @bradleywhitford.bsky.social Schumer voted No after urging others to also vote No. And Jefferies has put out a strong statement for a No vote if the House comes back.

So read the room. Don't be a kneejerk rabble rouser.

You would think. But we just keep doing this over and over.
There's so much instant information dissemination without understanding legal processes, political manuvers. People would be wise to sit back before getting all riled up about incomplete information.
