Fabians will really be like "you believe in voting for a party that doesn't hate you? that pales in effectiveness to my strategy, taxing wealth better" and then not tax wealth
We do need to address the imbalance of our tax system, and continue the shift away from work and toward wealth.
But while we do need to tax wealth better, we will not be able to fund the public services we need only through a wealth tax on billionaires.

This is essentially correct for the thesis: punk was an event that happened in New York and London between 1976 and 1978 with some outcroppings in LA, DC and in the next year or two. I would need The Slits and maybe The Cramps in there but that's by the by
