Here's some greater clarification on image sharing restrictions from TL LtDs website. Essentially transferring images directly to your smartphone and posting to social media are disabled. Auto uploading to the Nintendo Switch app on Switch 2 is also disabled.

Ya'll you can still make and share ss for the game alongside gameplay, these guidelines are mainly for hacking/making extremely obscene/offensive content. While hacking is a can of worms(at least by Nintendo's terms), it's mainly Nintendo reminding everyone that their ninjas are real in basic terms.

There's no meaningful justification for why the place of your birth gives anyone authority over where you should be allowed to live. The only reason hard borders exist is so that governments and the rich who own them can manage and control worker movements.
