super blown-out light in cel animation has always been really special and striking to me, it really is what i envision when i imagine something looking "dreamy"
This style of light doesn't really appear in animation anymore. You know it when you see it -- it's bright, hot and almost dangerous.

i go through this cycle of burnout where i neglect things i want to do or have to do (house chores, drawing, crafting, ect) until it builds up to the point i can't ignore it and then it slowly boils in my mind pot until i finally get the urge to finally carry it out
