If you are a vitamin consumer, be aware that Nature Made sponsors the most extreme and right-wing evening shows on Fox News Channel, including Jesse Watters last night. They have for a while. Almost no major brands still sponsor these shows, so it is notable.

Here's the ugly right-wing take Fox News aired last night after ICE killed a citizen, with sponsors from earlier in the day. Disappointing: Trivago, Quicken, The Farmers Dog, and Mint Mobile. All except the last are long time sponsors.

It's one thing to process this tragedy seeing a mother murdered in front of her wife. It's another to see our government blatantly lie and smear her. I'm filled with so much rage seeing these people be so openly evil. They are absolute monsters.

We launched our project tracking right wing news sponsors soon after January 6th, 2021. Five years later, we are launching a second, bigger project: Who Funds the Right. Please give it a follow, join its first action, and help spread the word.
This January 6th, commit to resisting fascism in daily life. Start by reviewing your monthly streaming spend to see how much goes to right-wing-supporting media and tech companies. Limit or stop using the ones that don't fit your values. whofundstheright.org/streaming/

Four of the ten largest and most biased corporate donors to the GOP are petroleum refiners: Valero, Marathon, Chevron, and Phillips 66. They stand to benefit enormously from access to Venezuelan oil.

None of this has changed: prices going up from tariffs, dodgy Trump family dealings abroad, masked ICE thugs, renditions of innocent people to torture prisons, bogus internal troop deployments, already funded research/infrastructure projects ruined, deaths from the destruction of USAID, etc, etc.

CBS is part of Paramount. So if you are thinking about boycotting CBS or CBS News, you should also consider your streaming options. whofundstheright.org/streaming/

Canceling streaming services worked on Disney. It will work on CBS too. Cancel Paramount Plus now. CBS will get the message, and you will still have access until the end of your billing period.
Here’s how to cancel your Paramount Plus subscription in response to Bari Weiss & the Ellisons turning CBS News into state propaganda. Remember how fast Disney put Kimmel back on after the revenue stopped flowing? support.paramountplus.com/s/article/PI...

I'm busy offline with stuff that also matters. But just know that *anyone* can decide to start tracking and naming the sponsors of *any* legacy media company that fails democracy like this. I can advise on how, but the key is to stay focused on the money and be organized and consistent.

This is why it was important for us and others to call out corporate sponsors of Fox News for years. They are wary, and know that if CBS become Fox News 2.0 they would be in the spotlight too.
Major advertisers appeared to sit out a new CBS News town hall telecast Saturday, moderated by Bari Weiss and featuring an interview with Erika Kirk.

Lack of Madison Avenue support could challenge the viability of the format, which Weiss wants to expand
