"Many have wondered how this impropriety could have continued to go unchecked for an hour. There is a simple reason. The judge who had improper access to some of my files was the one tasked with moderating the proceedings."

Absolutely damning new revelations here.
“Here’s the bottom line: very important information is being withheld from you by the Court, the Archbishop, and the Archbishop’s staff.”

Rachel Thebeau, Esq., Asst. Counsel to the ACNA Provincial Prosecutor, describes what she witnessed in the trial of Bp. Ruch:

On 7/20/25, Abp. Wood announced that Archdeacon Job Serebrov has been appointed as the new Provincial Prosecutor. However, concerns have been raised regarding Serebrov’s undisclosed ties to the Greenhouse Movement and leadership in the Diocese of the Upper Midwest.

Folks will recall that in 2023, Ruch tried to bypass the trial court and get the Tribunal (Supreme Court) to throw out the case against him. Now during the trial, a member of the court introduced undisclosed evidence outside the trial's scope seemingly in favor or Ruch.
Release the transcript.
On July 20, 2025, provincial prosecutor C. Alan Runyan submitted his resignation to Archbishop Wood, in which he called for public transparency regarding the trial and stated that the trial process had been “irreparably tainted.” The Province states that Ruch’s trial will resume on August 11, 2025.

This really isn’t a hard message.

Obama neutralized the Iran nuclear program through the hard work of diplomacy, but Trump tore up the deal in his first term out of spite and chose war instead.
All I want to hear out of Democrats is that we had a deal and no bomb. Then Trump tore it up and he is now putting American lives in danger.

That’s it.

I have not been able to stop thinking about this one since I read the presentment. He valued *his* child enough to check on her safety, but everyone else's kids could wait 2 years.

The extract from the presentment in the quoted post still boggles my brain. He had a lay leader showing children pornography and his response was that this was "immature"?!

Immature is a fart joke.

Showing a minor pornography is textbook abuse.

The province is long overdue to make this public - it was signed and submitted 2.5 years ago and only last week (1 month before Ruch's trial) was it temporarily made public.

If you're in the ACNA - especially if you attend Rez - I encourage you to read this 9 page doc and learn the exact charges.
Jun. 11 the ACNA published the Bishops’ Presentment against Bp. Ruch, previously unseen by ACNA members for 2.5 years. It was then removed for redaction and has not been returned. We are re-posting the presentment today, properly redacted.

Seeing so many people out in the streets and not seeing that as potential energy to be harnessed is pretty wild.

Like, do these people think the transformation from being apolitical to being willing to engage in revolutionary struggle happens overnight, and without effort on their parts?

something i appreciated about the vast no kings rally in nashville today was a huge, unapologetic and well-received presence of folks calling for the liberation of palestinians.

Just spoke to a Catholic deacon, Matt Coyne, at this Philly No Kings protest.

Says he just finished participating in an ordination service for new deacons downtown, and a group of them left and immediately joined the crowd.

“Jesus said love your neighbor. Simple as that,” he says.
