I really need people who see this to ask themselves what good reform is going to do. Another law on the books? A constitutional amendment?

We should not fund DHS without serious reform. We could return CBP to border. We could require warrants for immigration arrests. We could beef up training and require identification.

Pretty big to not have those three. I'd assume Fetterman, Hassan, and Shaheen are yeas, but for the other 4 the bill needs, that feels like more of a crap shoot. But I'm bracing for Kaine, Kelly, King, Peters, Reed, Slotkin, and/or Warner. Maybe Ossoff or Warnock if I'm feeling super bleak.
