Recently in one of the education sessions the doctors I work with run, they brought up how many children used to die from measles each year.

2 million. 2 MILLION children used to die every year, worldwide, from measles.

That is the world anti-vaxxers want, and it is evil.

"apple used to only charge a hundred dollars for more RAM" we'll say to one another as we laugh and laugh and laugh and
I understand framing the AI bubble RAM supply crisis in terms of stuff like video game consoles because nerds can conceptualize that but the framing does really undersell the sheer magnitude of how it's going to fuck up everything that even touches a computer.

Well now, would you look at that?

A massive study of NEARLY 300,000 people in the United States found that receiving an updated 2024-2025 mRNA COVID-19 vaccine REDUCED people’s risk of SEVERE disease AND death in ALL age groups, REGARDLESS of immunity from prior infection or vaccination.

It’s really weird for some corners of the media to do a whole “the Epstein files are a moral panic that has gone too far” thing when no one has faced any sort of punishment and doesn’t sound like they’re going to.

Almost like there's a secret sex cabal which abuses the underage children of our society. I wonder if there are any clues, such as 3.000.000+ documents being hidden by intelligence and a further innumerable redaction of countless ring-leaders. I guess we'll never know. It's just all so vague! /s

While locked up in PDX ICE, DHS detectives bragged about how much information they had on us. Especially financial information, they questioned everyone arrested if they were paid. They would continue asking that question when transporting us from jail to court without reading Miranda rights.

You're running out of Real Americans, Senator.
Sen. Eric Schmitt: "We front-loaded tens of billion of dollars for deportation efforts. There have been 200,000 people who have applied to be ICE agents in this country, so what you see is a groundswell of support among real Americans."

NEW: Records reviewed by WIRED show DHS’s facial recognition app (Mobile Fortify) isn’t designed to actually "verify" identity—despite DHS claims and its agents relying on its matches to support probable cause in the field.
ICE and CBP’s Face-Recognition App Can’t Actually Verify Who People Are
ICE has used Mobile Fortify to identify immigrants and citizens alike over 100,000 times, by one estimate. It wasn't built to work like that—and only got approved after DHS abandoned its own privacy r...

FBI raid in Fulton County GA now fueling MAGA calls for election takeover there

That would allow them to purge voters, cut polling places, limit early voting & challenge election results. Very scary for 2026
