Dearest Internet Strangers, here you will find doorways to the treasures I offer!

Stories, a game of art prompts, divination readings, etc... All available by trading a small amount of numbers representing government authorized coins!
Plants watered.
Snake fed.
Tank cleaned.

Things that were "chores" when I was younger are where I find peace now.

The few leaves from last year will fall off soon. Most of my lantana's leaves have grown in the past month.

I didn't realize just how much strength working with the staff requires. Getting started this early in the year should mean my body is ready when yardwork starts.

When Jack talks about how beautiful Rosaline is, he's never just talking about how she looks. He sees beauty in everything that makes her who she is.

My ribs are a little achy and my arm is done for the day, but I learned that turning the music up and swinging a metal pole around can release some of the emotional pressure that keeps threatening to make me collapse.

When I struggle to draw a creature, I draw its skull. That includes unicorns from my books. Maybe I should draw a skull a day.

If you like my unicorn, you can read about them here:

Douglas Adams actually answered all your questions about the universe. " Space is big. Really big. You just won't believe how vastly hugely mind-bogglingly big it is. I mean, you may think it's a long way down the road to the chemist, but that's just peanuts to space"

hey, this might sound a little freaky, maybe even a little radical, but I think the focus should be making sure writers/artists are properly compensated, supported, and have a secure way of living/creating instead of trying to replace us with robots, and/or having us train them.

Jack didn't share all the information he has with his visitor from the Royal City because Jack cares more about protecting his neighbors than being praised for cooperation.

I don't have the word "defense", but there's a lot of defending happening.

My magic stick is here! Now I owe my sister-in-law 12 imaginary nickles!

Trust me, you'll feel more of my joy without explanation!

I both love and hate that my brain is whispering, "You've only got two writing WiPs. Here's some ideas for a third..."

My brain just blanked out on the word "bathroom" and I said "urinal palace" as a substitute.

Communication worked, but I'm a little bothered that my mind would even come up with that.

In the grand scheme of things, humans are funny looking critters.

Don't spend too much time fretting in the mirror. We're all freaks.

I think I've been writing a scene with the wrong character. The scene is important, but it no longer makes sense that my main character would get the information from this other character.

That's okay. She has a sister. I can fix this.

I'm not far in (haven't been getting the reading time I want), but I am very concerned about the character it opens with, and I just want to take him somewhere safe and hold him.

Only took something like 3 pages to make me want to protect him.
If you guys are looking for a chonky, moody dark fantasy series with an autistic protagonist and a big cast of other characters being put through the narrative equivalent of a salad spinner full of sadness and knives, you should buy and read The Impavidus Cycle: linktr.ee/1mpavidus

I'm really excited about what I'm writing! It also feels like I'm forever away from being able to say when it'll be out. And I get so into what I'm currently doing that I forget to tell people what I've done.

Anyway... want some short stories, poems, art prompt solo rpg, or something?
This thread will take you where you want to go for my written work and divination services.

You can also get to everything - including my blog - from the link in my profile.

New work gets added to this thread as it becomes available.

Age verification?

The phone has a cord and no buttons. There's no way of knowing who is calling unless somebody answers.
Age verification?

Blow on the cartridge through your shirt if the game doesn't work. Nobody knows why it works, but everyone has their own technique.

It is pitch dark. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.

Escape Pod 1003: Billionaire’s Tears

I find myself wishing to speak of odd bits of the day in most dramatic manners, as if I woke strangely in the 1800s and have nothing to concern myself with other than writing letters to people I saw yesterday afternoon and make it sound as if we have been separated for many years.
