I am having trouble understanding the health care end game for R’s.

They have no viable plan. Only revocation.

That alone should seal a Dem sweep in 2026.

They’ve been trying to blow up the ACA for over a decade, yet they don’t have viable plan to replace it.

They don’t have anything to make it better because they don’t want to make it better.

What they want is the ACA gone and everyone at the mercy of private insurance again.

It seems like so many people on the right should be aligned with so many people on the left over the doomsday existential threat of AI and robotics in the hands of a handful of greedy oligarchs. But they have succeeded in pitting us against each other with culture war drivel.

Everyone should pay careful attention to the Maine voter ID ballot measure (Prop 1). It is on track to lose -- thereby proving that the GOP claims that voter ID laws are overwhelmingly popular is a lie. Perhaps now the legacy media will stop repeating that nonsense.

Very effective graphic. Unpleasant message delivered strikingly well.
This is the sound of candidates losing the struggle against the crushing weight of partisan gravity.

This is nationalization and polarization and presidentialization swallowing everything else.

This is the dangerous collapse of dimensionality, in one chart

Susan Collins: “I'm very concerned about air traffic controllers. I had two flights this Sunday and last Sunday averted at the last second. One of them actually touched down and then took back off. And in all the years that I've served in the Senate, I've never had that happen.”

Our military is being paid by an anonymous donor.

Our WH East Wing was demolished for a ballroom - paid for by donors.

These aren’t acts of benevolence or patriotism.

This is the oligarchy assuming control, insidiously becoming part of how we function.

Every American should reject it.

There's funding available to help keep food benefits, but Trump just doesn’t want to provide it.

A 14-word replacement for most op-eds, substacks, etc about this moment.

The GOP could stop ALL of this, right now—if a handful of Sens or Reps could step outside the cult.

It would take four in the Senate, four (maybe five) in the House, to change history.

Until then, they're all to blame.
