Am I the only person who hates this movie? I felt it's a missed opportunity to say something about authoritarianism. The first half of the movie I thought PTA was using satire in a thoughtful way (this dude There will be blood!), but by 3/4 in it turned out he was just doing a corny action movie
Finally got to see One Battle After Another, in a big Imax theater. My take [drum roll] ... the critical consensus is correct, it's really good! Shambolic Leo is my favorite Leo.
